Oh. My. Goodness. Last night we made a Rachael Ray recipe and it was so good. Usually I am quite adventurous and like to try new recipes a few times a week but my family does not like to so I have to keep new things down to once a week at the most. Plus the fact that every Rachael Ray recipe I've made either Schuyler or the kids don't like. So anyhow, last night I made Thai Style steak salad. And may I tell you it was YUMMO? (if you don't mind me using that word Michele?) The marinade had ginger, tamari, garlic and a splash of vegetable oil. The salad dressing had olive oil (extra virgin) rice wine vinegar, salt and pepper and a smidge of grated ginger. The salad itself was made of spinach, shredded carrots, radishes, cucumbers (the english kind, those are cool) and some cilantro. Mix it all together and it was one delicous and very beautiful dinner.
