I've lost 3 pounds. YAY! I've been trying to really watch what I eat, meaning: less junk, healthier choices, eating when I'm hungry and stopping when I'm not. The weather is getting nicer too so Greenbean and I have been out for a walk several times the past few days even though we both feel like crud from our colds.
I'm on my way to a healthier me. I've got to run. Greenbean just woke up from her nap. :)
